If the amount is small, it's not a big deal. If the amount is significant,
you need unwind and suffer some immediate loss. As long as you are not
insider trading, it will not kill you.

realize the compliance rule before and it's the first time and will not
happen again and ask what you need do, like unwinding,etc. You will be ok,
don't worry.
