I did the interview this afternoon, and just got back and have the time to
write down things. Before I say anything else, I wanna say that I had a
great experience emailing back and forth with the HR lady, and she is really
nice too.
She did not ask me any behavioral quesitons, but she asked me
1, (forget the exact words she used) whether you read financial news/
newspaper, magazine, etc.
2. MS stock price.
3. Dow Jones index(or something else, I knew I gonna mess it up when I hear

directly. You are saving their time. I said that, "I don't know the answer. Sorry. I should pay more attention to the detail when I read them", when asked about Dow Jones %#$#. Be nice. Interviewers are human beings too. I believe she is really trying to help me. be prepared. I answered all questions and explained how I did them correctly, and that gives me a lot of weight on the scale. |

摩根斯坦利的 HR 都有题库 有答案， 没有中间过程
第二轮和以后 遇到什么问题全看遇到什么人
但是同样的人的问题一般不会变， 比如有一个E.D. 不管看到谁 都问一个编程题目
给你一个 excel 表格的列 比如 AB , 把它用数字表示出来

. I know I was funny now. hehe):
As for the "hiring freeze" it is normal for a company top reevaluate hiring
in the 4th quarter. Campus positions for 2011 are unaffected by this. And we
are still looking to fill all open positions for Campus.
Yes, they are "still looking to fill all open positions for Campus." This is
good news. Good luck on job-searching. |

when they need people. It's much easier to get jobs through friends,
especially at current job market. I know it's true for me. So I would say
personality/character plays an important role in job searching.
Be nice. Try to help others rather than to get help from others.
Be professional and efficient. Wall Street has its way of dealing with
things. It has little time/patience to play with you. I myself like fast-
pace type |
