不过这也意味着campus hiring少了
不过你的分析我觉得有问题
去年至少blackrock来招聘的时候
我去听他们 宣讲
问多少在他们那里实习了 举手的得好几十人...
可见 intern还是很多的

中旬开始，每个星期都有2个面试，平均2天一个猎头的电话，感觉从9月开始，华尔街
又开始招人了 |

就算在去年最难的时候
猎头的电话也是满天飞
你把简历往网上一贴 猎头就天天打阿打
不过变好了 确实好啊

有个position电面两回之后，interviewer发email说：
Thank you for your time with the interviews. We will certainly get back in
touch with you if we decide to proceed further. Best wishes for your job
search.
这个感觉怎么就是委婉的rejection呢？大家帮分析看看。 |
