Right.
It is also well understood in the head hunter community that usually the
best commodities are those who are not willing to leave their current job (
which means they are good profit generators).
So when you reach out to a head hunter, you always have to be aware what
they are after. Usually they just use you to figure who else is hiring by
asking what other interviews you have, then ditch you like a piece of shit.
