still be around 100K.

back office来说, 我去问了问, 的确以前有人一毕业出来就去merrill back office当
VP, 拿8万一年左右, 比其他associate要低

and it AGAIN all changed starting this year.
VPs at major IBs now should have something of 180k-350k, in BASE.
let me know if someone gets north of 350 for base. didn't mean to offend.
