现在纽约还在招人的投行有GS MS CS ML BNP DB， 不过大部分都只招ALPHA
GENERATOR来救场。HEDGE FUNDS有不少在面试，真正给OFFER的很少。BEAR和AQR的简
历就够大家手忙脚乱一阵子
如果你是FRESH PHD/MS 今年形势格外严峻 且公司为了减少开支 往往不愿通过我
们招人（要给一大笔FEE），当然了除非你是STUD。我现在手里太多什么IVY的简历，学
校名字没用， 现在这种情况，就要看你能不能给公司赚钱（GENERATE ALPHA），或
者帮公司更好的赚钱（SUPPORTING ALPHA GENERATOR）
QUANT形势急转直下，因为很多QUANTITATIVE DRIVEN FUND都亏了好多钱 所以现在
ECONOMETRICS FOCUS的相对吃香 TREND IS GOING BACK TO FUNDAMENTALS~~
另外 大家找不到工作/好工作 肯定闹心 上来发泄一下聊聊天挺好 省的自己堵吧

发帖数: 178 | 4 yes AM is relatively active, including some quant-driven teams, mostly r
replacements/build-out situations. i.e. GSAM laid off their so-called
underperformers, and is hiring young studs again
because market is becoming more and more efficient, lately its increasingly
difficult to make quick/easy $ in quant trading space. only the real stars
survive. some of the best PSG/AM teams on the street are still hiring,
including CSAM, BNP, DB, GSAM, MLP.
