Goal:
1. No more degrees: way too many, and cost is too high, location is not
possible
2. Learn FE with focus and goal in spare time on self-pace
3. Establish trust and save interviewer's time
4. Forget about any easy/junk certificate
5. Difficult/challenging is a must
