and some reasons:
First question - When we think do we look up or down. Findings - 48 replies,
39 said 'up', 7 'down', one spoiled vote, and one replied 'both' but qualified
it with 'but not at the same time' (phew)
Second question - if we're asked a question where we have to think does our
direction of looking depend on whether we can see the speaker's face or not.
Findings - 17 interpretable replies, 11 said 'no' ot | a****a 发帖数: 27 | 2 Interesting. However, I have a little doubt. Does it really have anything to
do with THINKING? I mean, when you are having a conversation with someone,
usually you have eye contact with your partner. The point is that you look
into the eye/face. Suppose you are standing but your partner is sitting so
that he/she is lower than you, just like when a teacher is giving lectures to
students. In this case, most likely you would look DOWN since that is where
your listerners are.
