在社会心理学中有过不少研究。大意就是人们对时间的计划往往疏于考虑，以至于拖拖
拉拉。

我也好拖沓。
我发现我拖沓的原因是因为不知道怎么去解决问题。一旦有了个解决问题的方法我倒是
会很冲动的去实施，不管成败心情会好一点。问题在于解决办法不是那么容易找到的，
由此造成心理一直处于无所事事的焦虑状态。
所以对我觉得最好的解决办法是积极跟高手讨论，获得帮助。脸皮要厚。
大家多分享一点经验吧。

多找人讨论很有帮助,哪怕不是比自己强的高手,就算是一般水平的也可能可以促发一些
思考.不厚道地讲,哪怕对方水平比自己差,自己也会获得一些心理安慰,知道原来自己懂
得也挺多的.
