It is like death is the opposite of life.
You can not have one without the other.
The only way out is to fuse them together.
Then something beautiful emerges.
Please, do not abuse others, even though
they may appear to be the cause of pain
and suffering. It does not help. The only
thing you can do is hold the target of hatred
with kindness. It takes great strengh
and courage to do that.
But that _is_ the cure.

it in my heart yesterday. anyway, peaceful again. But the question is that
Hatred is ALWAYS the opposite of love?? I don't think so....

I agree that the practice of kindness, forgiveness and peace can be very
difficult even you intellectually acknowledged how to practice. My thoughts
spin away and wander somewhere when I know I ought to concentrat
