where he was advertising manager of The Harvard Crimson, before earning an
MBA from Harvard Business School.[14][15]
In 2003, he and Jeff Bezos came up with the idea to create the cloud
computing platform that would become known as Amazon Web Services (AWS),

1. 规模不到一定程度，不会有根据season变化有闲置的infrastructure。
2. 大部分有规模的公司，有人提出要干这个，会被内部用口水淹死。当然Bezos这个
dictator在这个地方的优势就体现出来了。
Google赚钱的核心是infra，要拿出去卖当然不情不愿。M$之前想走OEM捆绑windows的
路自然不想搞这个（cloud本质上要拿掉corp it的饭碗，这些人都是M$的票仓，M$当然
不会去添乱。）
