It is much different when you look the ground starting from your 2nd floor
balcony than standing at the roof of the skyscraper.

wo
rks means that he is higher level in term of algorithm design or whatever,an
d knowing some functional languages does not mean much either. With some
solid programming experience all these can be picked up in a few hours to a
few days.
