发帖数: 18 | 1 大家好，我是在美国境内F1转换成J1身份的。目前需要办理J豁免然后转换成H签证。
填写J-1 Waiver Recommendation form 的时候遇到如下的问题。
因为我是在美国境内直接转的，所以没有入境的 Port of Entry， State of Entry，
也没有J visa 的Issuing Post 和 control number。 有人遇到类似的情况吗？
该如何填写呢？ 谢谢。
Please enter your first J-1 Visa information. Date and place of first entry
into the U.S. on your original exchange visitor (J-1) visa. Entry
information should refer to the first time the J-1 visa was used to enter
the U.S. (If the EV changed to J-1 visa status while already in the U.S.,
enter the date of status change, control number and issuing post of that

for example if you entered USA 3 times, recent was 08/25/2018 with F1 visa.
