The Physics department at the University of South Alabama invites
applications for a postdoctoral position in AMO physics to begin as early as
December 1, 2020. Applicants should have completed a Ph.D. in physics
before the start date. The current interests include but not limited to
repulsive interactions, such as repulsive van der Waals interactions between
ultracold atoms under strong fields. The initial appointment is for one
year and renewable for another year contingent upon satisfactory performance
and funding. Applicants should submit a CV that includes a list of
publications, a statement of research achievements and interests, and
