The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) has received a number of
reports from members that there was a possible COVID-19 exposure at the
USCIS Vermont Service Center (VSC), forcing the center to temporarily close.
According to the reports, the VSC will remain closed until at least
Wednesday, April 15, 2020.
While it is closed, mail cannot be delivered to the VSC. There is no word
yet from the USCIS on what to do with filings that are normally required to
be sent to the VSC. |
