汕头大学理学院物理系国家级专家研究团队现面向海内外公开招聘博士后4名，从事高
端旋转靶材、柔性电子器件及纳米材料和器件等的科研工作。本团队是一个以兴趣和产
业化为导向充满活力的科研玩家，期望使用混合技术，将小而薄的硅芯片和柔性的传感
器及柔性薄膜电源结合起来， 在柔性电子领域做一番事业。
应聘条件
1. 年龄在35周岁以下，已获得或者即将获得物理学、材料物理、化学、电子工程及
其他相关学科的博士学位；
2. 博士期间从事柔性功能薄膜，TFTs, OLED,电子皮肤、柔性薄膜加热器、电致变
色器及柔性医疗贴片；
3. 以第一作者在SCI期刊发表高水平论文者优先；
4. 有较强的独立科研创新能力和团队协作精神；
5. 对科研工作有热情，有强烈的进取心，可承担全职科研工作。
三、待遇
年薪约25万，具体薪资待遇将根据申请人条件进行商谈。
对于工作表现突出的博士后，可以留汕头大学理学院任教职。
博士后在团队工作期间：
1. 若入选“广东特支计划”科技创新青年拔尖人才项目，每人每年给予50万元生活
补贴。
2. 若入选广东省“珠江人才计划”中的海外青年人才引进计划，广东省财政将资助
60万元，分2年发放；出站后在汕头大学工作的，广东省财政给予每人40万元的住房补
贴。
3. 若入选广东粤东西北“扬帆计划”博士后扶持项目，每人每年给予20万元生活补
贴。

Postdoctoral positions open in the Department of Physics at Shantou
University
The Department of Physics at Shantou University is now looking for
applicants for postdoctoral positions. Prospective candidates should have
obtained (or expect to obtain soon) a Ph.D. degree in Physics, Material
Physics, Chemistry, Electric Engineering or other related fields, and should
have a track record of past research in flexible functional thin films and
devices such as flexible TFT, OLED, e-skin and flexible thin film heaters.
Requirements:
1. Applicants, under the age of 35, should have obtained (or expect to
obtain soon) a Ph.D. degree in Physics, Material Physics, Chemistry,
Electric Engineering or other related fields
2. Applicants with research background in flexible TFT, OLED, E-skin are
highly preferred.
3. Applicants who have published papers on high impact factor SCI journals
as the first author are highly preferred.
4. Applicants should have the ability to work independently with minimal
guidance.
5. Applicants should be highly proactive and committed to their research
work, and should be able to undertake a full-time job.
Salary and benefits:
Annual salary: ~250,000 RMB. Details will be discussed and negotiated based
on the applicant’s qualifications.
Successful candidates with outstanding work performance will be
preferentially considered for a faculty position in the Department of
Physics at Shantou University.
For new postdoctoral fellows:
(1) Those who are selected for the “Guangdong Special Support Project” to
fund top young talents in scientific and technological innovation will be
provided with a stipend of 500,000 RMB per year as living subsidies.
(2) Those who are selected for “Pearl River Talent Recruitment Program”
for Introducing Overseas Young Talents. A total funding of 600,000 RMB will
be granted to each qualified post-doctoral fellow by the Department of
Finance of Guangdong Province, in two years. The Department of Finance of
Guangdong Province will allocate a housing allowance of 400,000 RMB to each
who will sign a working agreement or labor contract with Shantou University
after completing their research with the funding of this project.
(3) Those who are selected by the “Sailing Project Postdoc Program” will
be provided with a grant of 200,000 RMB per year as living subsidies.
