是不是填M呢，我试过这个框最多能输入5个字母，要是写港口，我是在芝加哥过关的，
也写不下Chicago这几个字母
另外这个statement 需要很认识的写吗，还是简单的描述一下自己的研究就可以了。我
是用的这个模板。
This letter is to request for a waiver for the 2-year home residency
requirement based on “No Objection Letter” that will be obtained from my
home country (P. R. China). The reasons I would like to apply for a waiver
are the followings:
I have been in the U.S.A. since XXX, after receiving my Ph.D. degree from
XXXX. I am currently employed as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the XXXXXXX. I
am not being funded by the United States or Chinese government, or any
international organization.
I specialize in the field of XXXX. （Describe your research project.）
XXXX will sponsor me for this additional period before returning to China.
This will enable me to complete my current project as well as accepting
additional training prior to begin my independent academic career in China.
I will apply for the No Objection Letter and my embassy will directly
provide you with the “No Objection Letter” issued for me.
I appreciate your support and assistance for waiving my two-year home
country residence requirement.
