老板是个MD，本以为会大方的，可是开口说工资35000每年，理由是他们那里另一个老
板给的更低。
本人也有一作文章6篇，影响因子3-8.我想要到38000应该不算过分吧，请各位路过帮小
弟出出主意。
我还没有最后接受他的offer，请问该怎么委婉而合理的跟老板说呢？ | a*****n

I like your lab and believe it can provide lots of support for my
development in research career. Can you make my salary 5-10% higher based on
my background?

However, it has come into my attention that the salary you offered does not
meet the minimum salary NIH guidelines suggest for new postdocs (2010 listed
below).
Postdoctoral Years of Experience:
* 0 years $37, 740
* 1 year $39,756
* 2 years $42,624
* 3 years $44,304
* 4 years $45,960
* 5 years $47,940
* 6 years $49, 836
* 7 years or more $52,068
I would be happy to accept your offer if you could match the NIH minimum
salary.
