I already called USCIS and also visa office, but neither of them could
answer my question, they need get receipt number to process my request,
while my request is to get my receipt.
Right now I could check the status on the website of Department of State,
but didn't know if it is normal not to get the receipt so far.

发帖数: 286 | 9 it seems that you have dos case number. if the case has been approved and
forward to uscis, you can call uscis to get your receipt number from uscis.
