发帖数: 117 | 1 小弟现在J1，豁免已经完成，新单位协助办H1，大概11月中旬能批下来。对方希望12月
1号过去工作。按照我的理解，等我的H1下来后，才能办transfer，这个过程一般需要
多长时间？记得以前和学校的相关人员谈过，他们好像说transfer大概要一个月时间，
是这样吗？另外新单位要求12月1号开始工作，若transfer要是必须到12月中旬才能完
成，我是否可以到那时才开始工作？
第一次碰到这样的问题，期待大家的解释，万分感谢！ | s**u

you can work from that day. If USCIS approve before 12/1/11, you can start

approved before 12/1/11, can i start after 12/1/11, e.g 12/10/11? does it
depend mainly on the new boss? thanks
