12/11/2010: J1 wavier application package sent out to China Embassy (New
York)
12/13/2010: J1 package sent out to DOS
12/21/2010: Package Received DOS
12/23/2010: Case number changed letter from DOS
12/28/2010: Resubmit J1 waiver application to China Embassy
02/05/2011: NOL received by DOS
02/15/2011: FR sent out by DOS
02/26/2011: I797 notice received
03/09/2011: final I797 approval notice received

number? (and was your waiver under no objection?)
I'm interested to know the first 5 numbers because the first 2 numbers are
the fiscal year, and the next 3 numbers is the business day in the fiscal in
which your application has been received. My number is eac-11-111-xxxxx,
however business day 111 is in March, whereas my application was received in
January, so something does not add up! |

My case number is EAC-11-145-...

楼主的时间表和我的比较像。我也是12月寄材料给DOS和领事馆，2月初NOL，2月中FR，
2月底I797C，但目前USCIS的状态仍然是initial review。其他在2月份NOL的同仁有多
少已经收到I797了？ |

been told to only wait and that officials processing times are 4 months or
30 - 90 days (different people say different things). |
