我按照版上的sample写了support letter，让老板签字，老板认为我写的“Dr. XXX
is not being funded by either the United Stated or Chinese government or any
international organizations.”，不属实，给我改成了“Dr. XXX is currently
supported by a research grant from the National Institutes of Health and
receives no additional support from the Chinese government or other
international organizations. 我是博后，老板有NIH的funding,和大家应该一样，
这样可以递交得到豁免吗？
