the 2-year home country physical presence requirement"?
I did J1 waiver 1 year ago and I received I-797 notice of action form also.
But that is the only thing I got.
Did anyone receive anything else? | l*m
发帖数: 557 | 2 I received a letter from DOS saying they have processed my case and sent
recommendation letter to USCIS. Of course I also got I-797 approval notice
from USCIS.
I think I-797 approval notice is enough.
