09年我在这里发了个帖子
我以前在欧洲博后，在那里的时候，写了篇文章，我做了主要工作，但另一博士生开的
小头，就回家生孩子了。等她回
来，我已经作完了。当时想我第一，她第二，后来老板协调，共同第一，我排前。可是
被据，那时，我刚来美国。那个博
士添了一小试验，就是简单测量活性。结果老板给我邮件说，共同第一作者，顺序变了
，问我 :I hope it is OK for you(?)
,他邮件里写了括号，问号。我很不爽。..............
(去年发生的事情,那时，我刚来美国。结果是，我败了。我共同第一作者排第２。)

sure, because I am outrage.

你可以和你老板商量文章的排序，他要是不给你，那真的只能忘了。看开点吧

If I did not see that paper reviewed by my present boss,I will know after it
published.

Not coauthor but co-1st author. By the way, from which point we see 老板还行
? I asked last week about this paper, the boss just ignored my question,
because it is difficult for the boss to answer.The boss said, completely
forgot me. funny. This week, it happens let me know they have already
submitted.

for jobs, but a very good reference letter will help a lot.
he apologized and agreed to add you as a co-author. What else do you want
from him? Now, you got what you deserved.

maybe for you, 1 paper is not important, for me or in my field, it difficult
to publish. Last year 2009, his lab published 2 (more than 10 researchers),
2008 , 2 papers.I worked from morning until midnight, while his students works 5-6 hours a day.
But even in the whole world, in my field, not so many papers every year.
I really Have no other way to solve it. Some Professors are not trusta |

发帖数: 13835 | 15 你要是不同意，你可以再和你老板再商量。但是f20说的是对的，文章虽然重要，
但是好的推荐信更重要。有些人有好的文章，但是找工作都不顺利，为什么，就
是因为老板的推荐信不好或者老板搞鬼。相反的很多人文章一般，但是工作找的
不错，当然有运气成分，但是也有可能是老板的帮忙，老板的一个电话或者信件
写好一点，比1-2篇文章都重要。所以和他处好关系是很重要的。
而且你可以考古这个版面，很多人找工作的时候想避开前老板的推荐信，从来没有
一个好的方法。你又不可能不写你在这个老板实验室的这段经历。因此你现在为了
一篇文章和他撕破脸绝对没有好处，除非你确定你以后不会再需要他的推荐信。
如果不能确定，现在你还真的只能和他好好去商量。等你牛了，你可以给换过来给
他小鞋穿。
