发帖数: 26 | 1 Hi, I have some questions for J-1 visa.
I have completed a 2yr program as research scholar in the US based on J-1
visa ( I have a 2yr home residence restricting). Currently, I stayed outside
US for around half year after completing the program. Without do waiver for my previous J-1,
can I get a new J-1 visa for another new program as a research scholar in this case. And how
can I do the waiver after or near the end of this new program if Iwant to do some waiver.
