s**********w 发帖数: 74 | 1 I worked as Posdoc for one year and had some great discoveries. Now I am
leaving for a faculty position. The current professor took my credits. He
put his students as first author, me second, even though the whole idea,
test, and findings were 100% mine. I did them while he was gone for whole
summer. Sometimes, he or his students presented the findings without my
names or, in case of having my name, do not tell me. My questions, is how do
I take back my credits?
Thanks! | h***4 发帖数: 78 | 2 Try to inform him your credit and fight for them, but be careful not to
offend him, and make it very politely. If you plan to keep on in academic,
to have good relationship with your bosses are very important. You may not
be able to get these credits back, but there is no harm to fight properly.
good luck. |
