Feb. 28 使馆发no objection statement 到 DOS
Apr. 10 DOS显示收到 no objection statement
May 16 favorable recommendation to USCIS
May 26 收到DOS邮寄的favorable recommendation 副本 （to USCIS, cc 给申请人）
Jun 4 收到USICS的 I797
