其实这个用Reputation来model也许会更好，用中国的古语说就是“千金买马骨”，用BBS
上的话说是RP，刘备的三顾update了天下的“士”对于他的礼贤下士的belief，刘备从而
获得了这样的一个reputation，从长远看，会有更多的士来投奔。

to visit B, B always claims to be busy, A may be angry. If A is never angry,
it may indicate A is very serious with meeting with B. Here, whether the game
