building name is Adrian, and managed by Lobos Management http://lobosmanagement.com/adrian-apartments/). The apartment is 15 minutes walking distance to Pitt and CMU and tenants here are mostly students and UPMC professionals.
The pic and the floor plan can be found on the Lobos Management website http://lobosmanagement.com/adrian-apartments/. The room has two large windows. Refrigerator, stove and AC are included. You have laundry on site and off-street parking option by paying addition rent to Lobos Management. However, there is plenty street parking space on N Neville Street and Bayard Street.
The rent is $656 per month without utilities (electronic, water and etc).
The sublease bedroom is available from late July to early August. The
original lease will end at late May, 2015 (PERFECT FIT FOR STUDENTS WITH
