Qi Qin, 24, is a student at Pitt. She was last seen Sunday at her home in
Squirrel Hill.
City police say Qin is from China and has lived in Pittsburgh for two years,
but her English is limited, which may make communicating difficult.
Qin is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall and 115 pounds, with black hair and
brown eyes. She wears glasses and is known to frequent Oakland and Squirrel
Hill.
Anyone who knows where she is should call police at 412-323-7141 or call 911.
