favor, a 95 year old nice guy.
The location is Stratford 129, on 2nd floor. Five minutes on foot to Giant
Eagle on Center, several transit lines just downstairs (71A as example),
easy to campus and Lotus.
One in two bedrooms for rent, the apartment is clean and quiet, the room
faces southeast, enough sunshine and beautiful trees outside window.
Rental is 350 dollar per month, EVERY THING INCLUDED, and NO LEASE NEEDED.
It is quite suit for (male) visiting scholars and exchange students.
