A bicyclist who was struck by a pickup truck yesterday in Oakland has died.
Ruihui Lin, 38, was pronounced dead early this morning at UPMC Presbyterian
Hospital.
The hit-and-run incident happened around 2 p.m. at Meyran Avenue and Louisa
Street when a large, white pickup struck Mr. Lin.
Police are searching for a newer white Ford F-150 or F-250 that witnesses
saw leaving the scene after the drive | P****i

发帖数: 97 | 3 我知道那里。2年前，我在atwood和louisa也被hit and run一次。那天晚上下课回来下
着大雨，那里应该有stop sign，我是行人先到先走，但是一辆白色的车没有stop直接
开过路口，要不是我反应快，也成了车下冤魂。还好那次只伤了一点皮肉，也养了2个
月才好。当时也有witness的车，根本没有停下看一眼，马上开走了。我追过去看肇事
车牌号，看不清最后一位，结果警察就说差一位号码查不到车子，结果不了了之。 | C******r

发帖数: 792 | 5 我曾经亲眼看到一自行车在CMU UC Garage外面被车给撞了，一部老头开的新车撞了一
骑车的小青年，那里是一个先上坡再下坡，可能车上坡的时候没注意前面下坡的自行车
，因为晚上光线加上地形的原因。当时有人打911了，最后听警察说critical
condition，不知道最后怎样了。
