经济上，两个人花一份奖，大概每个月2200左右。
请推荐合适的apartment或者合适的街区吧
1）地方要安全
2）到两个学校越方便越好
3）加上水电暖气之后不要太贵
BTW,
传说中Shadyside or squirell hill比较安全？ |

there. Nice shopping stores around.
North Oakland, close to both Univs. Community is not as nice as Shadyside or
Sq Hill but rent is cheaper.
Sq Hill, further away from Pitt. Community is nice. Good shopping stores
around the area. |

订的时候就要交1年的钱？或者3个月？ |

发帖数: 4365 | 5 好房子总归比较抢手。跟国内不一样，这里只需要交一个月的deposit，退房的时候再
还给你，lease一般要签一年，如果提前中止有惩罚，具体得看房东。

全，
又远。新生还是住SH比较好，买东西出去吃饭都比较方便。反正坐公车又不要钱，远一
点点根本就没有什么太大区别。

the front door), 71A, 54C to Pitt.
