动联系你，而是让你干等着，仿佛石沉大海一般。我的经验告诉我，应该就是再等两三

写三封email询问，如果不回，即便器材到了，也dispute charge，报复一下！

Agree with being patient. I bought from them at the beginning of this year,
and even did a return and exchange. Though no tracking, eventually all came
through. Overall it was a good experience. They did reply to my emails, but
might not be on the same day. Their blades can be on the heavy side, in my
experience it would be better to confirm with them about the weight before
placing the order if you care about the weight.

重量他们都标出来了，你买的时候点击那个重量就可，有次我还让他们在同样重量的
Stiga枫木七直板里给我挑我要的厚度，他们也给我量了，让我选。当然，价格有点偏
高，邮费也有点坑爹，但是总比买来一块因太重或太厚而没法用的板子强啊，没法用的
板子又得降价转让。
