My health was in a really bad shape and easily fall asleep again in less one
hour even just after 12~13 hrs sleeping.
5 months ago, play 乒乓 again, 3~4 times every week. Today, attend company
health scan, compare my last year report,
blood pressure: 116/76 vs. 145/98 (last year)
heart beat rate: 72 vs. 91 (last year)
BMI: 25 vs. 28.5 (last year)
cholesterol Total/HDL: 169/29 vs. 226/29 (last year)
How to improve HDL ? Doctor suggests exercise, but it looks like no any
imrpove HDL after 5 months 乒乓 play. Rest improve significantly.
