我從小和表弟一起被帶大的
小學都是和男生一起玩，爬牆上樹，抓毛毛蟲嚇唬女生。
初中男女朋友一半一半。因為我短頭髮，高個子，田徑好，在不許談戀愛的環境里好多女生都拿我當戀愛幻想對象，还為
我爭風吃醋。
高中開始立志做最女生的女生，一舉轉型成功。

用指責是不行的
發現優點讚揚，增強優點還是可以的
其實一個人想要成為甚麼樣的人，自己不斷暗示會有作用
標榜自己堅強、忍耐的人會越來越堅強忍耐
標榜自己敏感脆弱的人會越來越敏感脆弱
有個白手起家的日本企業家
據說成功最大動力來自老婆
每天回家老婆先要問一天過得怎麼樣
如果丈夫有一點成就老婆就會非常鼓舞
日本人工作壓力很大，經常受老闆和客戶的委屈
妻子就會讚揚丈夫能忍耐，是成就大事業的人
其實這個過程就像養育小孩
告訴他甚麼是對的甚麼是不對的
在成人來說未必有對錯
但是有些做法有利於進一步發展
鼓勵這些做法可以幫助對方在事業上，人際上良性循環
如果每天和自己家人聊天以後都會很有成就感
