使用权许可，买卖提有权使用，散步，复制，修改这些作品并赋予全站用户使用
二。作为买卖提用户，你必须了解如下不可避免事实，即未经他人同意的作品转载在本
站司空见惯，每时每刻都有大量的作品被转载到别的版面，例如学术版。而这些行为为
本站所容许，且未见站方明文站规所禁止。
三。本站的钻风站务每天都大量的转载，复制，修改未经他人同意的别的版面作品至置
顶和推荐等特定版面。有鉴于此，无法对普通网民上行下效的类似行为采取双重标准。
