PRL 标准就是新颖，重要和影响力。 这三者有1.5个就可以发表。彻底清除什么
general interest.
PRX 可以发表原创的长篇大论，长度不限，反正是online。标准和PRL 类似。
我还是更看好 PRL，即使是目前的坏状况。 PRX的出身有问题，一开始就是
APS 为了对付 Nature Physics 创刊的。 APS 一开始想改造 PRL，不算成功，
又开始想用 PRX 来对抗。 方法就是： 减少文章篇数，增大吸引眼球的力度，
不管文章的研究方向，是不是物理，只要抓眼球就是好文章。这样下去，可以
短时间内蒙混过关，长期下去还是无法和商业出版社相比。 | c****p
