标 题: 请教哪种仪器可以获取金属材质的表面三维结构

各位老大,小弟不是学物理或者纳米的,目前在研究过程中遇到一个问题
需要获取metal finishing surface的三维表面微结构,可以想象是金属
表面坑坑洼洼的微结构,我们需要3D的数据,根据查询一些资料,发现microCT
能够达到600nm的精度,但金属finishing表面一般那些微结构一般在1.5-2um
的范围,如果用600nm的最大精度的microCT去做得到的结果很可能不准确会有
很多噪声,想请问一下各位,有没有其他的实验仪器,能够获取金属表面的微结构?
最好最大精度能够达到100nm左右? 我在查阅electron microscopy的一些资料,
但发现好像很多都是只有2D影像,没有3D的结构?有什么办法可以获得3D结构么?

S**********n 发帖数: 264 | 6 for scanning electron microscopy, you might consider "stereographics". It
could be achieved on any SEMs, you just need a little bit patience. You
need to get two images rotated slightly. There are commercial software
helping you to do the re-construction and measurement (such as Alicona). It
is also pretty easy to write some codes to do it yourself if you have the
skill and time. However, I am not very confident on its accurary and
precision. The in-plane resolution should be enough.
Another way to do it is using optical inteference (interferometer in a fancy
name, such as surface profiler). Seems more reliable considering the
physics behind, however, the in-plane resolution might not be enough.
Companies such as Zygo might have products you are interested in. |

displayed in 2d, however, raw data contains information about the z-
direction. You might need to parse the raw data? In another word, the
contrast could be the height information sampled into (0-256). |

It is not 结构 ("structure") of metals. It is the "morphology" of the metal
surface.
Former term is usually about the arrangement of materials on the atoms and
molecules level, and the latter is mostly about how it "look" in either
micro or macro scale. |
