low-end Dell are usually e-ips, such as u2311m
high-end Dell are usually s-ips, such as u2410 |

for e-ips deals, it may around $0-$300
for s-ips, it may around $400-$10000
$300-$400 is a price range hard to tell if it is s-ips or e-ips, you might
need to do your own work.
e-ips is lame at color-gamut, for budget-performance wise, would recommend
U2713HM, deal price $400+, OK price $450-$500
