掉渣漏油，实际使用中不是大问题， so far not a big problem at all.

1) smaller coverage area
2) even less sensitive in low light (-1ev). This means D600 CANNOT lock
focus in dim light. I have both D7000 and D600, compared them in the evening.
Canon 6D is -3ev, can lock focus in near pitch darkness, MUCH better.

Given that, you can not just look at the AF sensitivity alone without
considering the metering limitations.
6D:
AF: -3 EV to 18EV
Center point (1) sensitive at f/5.6 or faster
Metering range: 1 EV to 20 EV
D600:
AF: -1 EV to 19EV
7 center points sensitive at f/8 or faster
33 center points sensitive at f/5.6 or faster
Metering range: 0 EV to 20EV
And between D7k and D600, while the center AF point on both is sensitive at
-1EV, the one on D600 works at f/8.
Yes it would have been nicer if the AF points are more spread out on the
D600. But that's not a deal breaker.
In my personal experience the D600 is more accurate than D7k. (not to bash
on any make or model, just pure gear talk)

much worse problem than having slight metering differences. You can easily
correct the latter in post, but nothing can fix an out of focus picture. 6D'
s AF sensitivity is way ahead of D600. Low light performance is the key
distinguisher in high end models.
For me, using a full frame camera indoors and or walking around downtown
street scene in low light is important. The D600 has a great sensor, but the
AF module simply was a step backwards from any of Nikon's FF models. In
fact, the D90 can lock focus when D600 does not.
I do, prefer the D600 color rendering especially in natural sun light. At
night the color turns rather redish orange (same for 6D) |

about where the camera can meter at all under certain situations. At 0EV,
the 6D's meter basically gives up. You have to set the exposure information
manually, while for D600 this is not a problem at all. As for AF, it's a
matter of either it working or not. AF accuracy is a different topic. And I
find D600's AF to be spot on.
Another aspect of low light shooting is high iso performance. I don't need
to go into details here but there are plenty reviews out there and D600 wins
hands down.
As for your D90 vs D600 statement, could you provide some details, under
what situation, what is the subject, what lens were you using, which focus
point (center/peripheral)...I find it unfathomable that there would be a
situation when the D600 failed to lock focus while the D90 can. Maybe you
can enlighten us.

does not matter in my tests, as it's wide open at f2.8 or faster), the D90
locks and takes a picture, while D600 hunts forever and NEVER takes the
picture or lock the focus.
I said before, the sensor on the D600 is superior, but the AF module is much
weaker in low light at locking focus (i.e. sensitivity in detecting dim
patterns) than the one in 6D. The number of focus points is just a marketing
gimmick. All that high ISO performance is pointless if in low light the
camera kept on hunting and never locks.
