卖家要我close了case才发坏了的部件过来。。。。老吹我，吹多了我反而怀疑了。为
何老让我close case。 |

The seller gave me a tracking number for the defective part a moment ago. It
says it will take up to 30 days to arrive
Any suggestion? Seller emailed me to close the case again

it? You don't need to close it until everything is set and done. It is your
right to do so. Just ignore what the seller tells you to do.
If it takes to open a dispute for the seller to actually do anything, you
need to hold him to the gun to the last minute. don't try to be the nice guy
once you open a dispute. |

发帖数: 29053 | 5 没有escalate，本来想发信给seller说货有问题，结果在ebay下选糊涂后尽然开了个
case。
本来不想难为卖家，好歹是中国人，也不指望他会寄part给我，也没有想过我出运费运
回中国。
结果我点击contact seller，在ebay一个问题一个问题的选择下的结果是开了case呵呵
。卖家就紧张了，一天几个email让我close case。今天说part已经寄出，30天内到。
email说的我不close case不仗义，反而让我觉得怪怪的呵呵

要是接近100%好评就放他算了，也不必太叫真。 |
