I am having a problem with my paypal account, I had my bankcard stolen
recently and had to open new accounts. I will not be able to access my
money for some time, and I would like to ship this soon. would you be
willing to send a money order for payment rather than send through paypal?
if so, that would be a tremendous help.
please let me know. thanks again, and I will get this ready to ship.

这个显然把钱转走了。然后refund的时候要从银行划钱，这个需要时间。这是估计把银
行的钱也转空了，所以Paypal也收不到钱，于是refund fail.
你大概只能dispute item not received了。 |
