This is how Canon stock work for refurbished items. Once a lens or camera is
good to go and gets enter in the system, it will update in the website in
real time but there is a slight delay like 1-2 mins for the system to update
from IN-Stock to Out-of-Stock once the item has been purchased by someone
else; thus, you will see all kind of strange things like not letting you
finalized the payment, "Sorry, the item you try to purchase exceed our
current inventory status and is currently on back-order." etc..etc..
The plan is to
1. refresh constantly and keep up with the forum post for instant update.
2. Have an account already set up with current up to date info.
3. Have your credit Card ready by taping it to your computer monitor.
4. have quick reflexes and hope the computer don't crash on you.
4. This is the most important. Do not let your wife find out about any of
this!
