没有注册的，保内修理需要提供receipt来证明购买日期，如果你claim这是一个gift，
那个要确实是gift，而不是买卖过的。
实际操作上很多人也就做了，不要说这种小的违法，即使本拉登不也没在美军一入侵阿富汗
的时候立即被打死么，还是躲了好多年。从法律上说冒用别人名义弄warranty是
misrepresentation，理论上有法律责任。
对integrity要求高的，例如做律师、政客的，绝不要贪这个便宜，不值当。

1.Nikon will only service models of the country you are in - if you in US
then US only, Canada will be Canada only as well and so on - under warranty
service.
2. you must be original owner to submit warranty claim
3. proof of purchase is required
4. you pay shipping there and they pay it back
No Warranty:
1. statement stands from warranty part one
2. you may not be original owner but need to register service under his/her
name
3. must have proof of purchase
4. you pay for service
5. you pay shipping both way
最合法的手段是：你买的相机，你claim你并不是买ownership，你买的是rental,
original owner还是那个人。在你想再次转卖相机的时候，给original owner nominal
fee，最终transfer给你ownership，这样在法律上就没有漏洞了。但这台相机造成
的其他liability，例如if这台相机突然爆炸伤了人，那个original owner还on the
hook。另外rental期间，original owner有reversionary interest可以收回这台相机
你想找一个绝对合法的办法彻底没有complication的绕过nikon的warranty规定，是行
不通的。 |
