quality - DSLR cameras usually are much better. Also m43
lenses are expensive, especially in the sense of
performance-cost ratio.
GF2 does not have a remote shutter port, the biggest negative
for me, besides picture quality.
I bought it because it is small, and LD wanted to take
our baby's photos by herself. This camera is kind of for her,
although I know she will not really take photography seriously.
But this is a good 'reason' I pamper myself:)
I am debating the LX5 also. Also do not like the fact that
it does not take any electronic remote shutter release.

新手就算用定焦，图像质量也发挥不到极致。而且用定焦有的时候就是自虐。还是变焦
方便，用了一段时间知道自己需要什么样的镜头再考虑定焦。

I will return it. I will also return the new GF3.
I am not quite happy with GF2, either. But for
the price, better than ps cameras image quality,
I will bear with it. The 20mm lens is kind
of tooooo expensive, but have to buy it, other
wise, why m43 camera? Basically, GF2, GF3 are not
for those people who are not even satisfied with
APS-C DSLR picture qualities.
To be honest, GF2, GF3 are so far away from my
old D60, and several prime Nikon DX G lenses
are much much better and less expensive. So now
I, for the first time, appreciate Nikon pricing.
For the size, maybe LX5 is a better choice, and
do not need to buy extremely expensive m43 primes
-- it has Leica lens! OK, may be I will buy LX7
in the future.

之前考察了半天觉得微单挺好的，不过你这么一说，是不是我干脆就买个lx5就算了？
今天还有特价……反正我要求不高的……不要求dslr画质什么的。

Compared with D60+35G+flash. Not at same level.
Maybe 20mm will do a much better job. Will get it
on Monday.
14-42 has very large native distortions. GF2 corrects
distortions transparent to user. This is where sharpness
was killed.

镜头留几个好的（24－70这样的），D的镜头就都出了得了。35-80D这样的焦段估计也
不是什么好头。
有SB800，其他的闪灯就出了，需要了再上一个SB901
就当是为了入D800攒钱了。
btw，pocket wizard 是CN通用的吧？

shooting. Sometimes I only take D60+35G and 18-55 in the notebook
bag to go with me everywhere. Before D60, I usually carried N70+
50/1.8D and 35-80.
35/1.8G large distortion but sharper.
35/2.0D less distortion + FX, but not as sharp
50/1.8D almost distortion free, want to keep.
50/1.4D large aperture
50/1.8G sharp, but relative large distortions
50/1,4G - do not want it for its distortions too large for 50mm.

SB800 and 600 can work on film bodies fully functional.
I usually use 3 flashes for portraits, so 3 pw transceivers
and one transmitter.
What is good about sb9xx? Bigger? Brighter? Light pattern?
