I can hold steady a non-IS camera with small-zooming (i.e 3x) as long as the
shutter speed is above 1/4 S, so can I go with the non-IS f/4L?
Please kindly share your opinion, so I don't have to try and return the non-
IS one, which is not very nice to the shop.
A side note, from the sample photos, looks like it perform better at long
zooming, esp at the full 200mm, while close range zooming results less sharp
images. How do you guys think? | r*********n
