have built-in motor.

发帖数: 1002 | 7 If you have D40, you shouldn't get the 50mm prime. Instead, get the much
cheaper 35mm/1.8G. You will be very happy about the result.
50mm is a bit awkward to use on DX format (it's a little too long inside the
house and a bit too short outside the house). 35mm is perfect focal length.

D40, and 1.4 is good for low light/fast moving. |

it is worth the price and will keep its value for pretty long time.
if you are better off later, it is also working great on FX! |

very happy with my copy and on paper it's as sharp as the 50mm F 1.4 besides
the difference in available DOF.
