Like New 就是跟打开包后的全新产品一样，如果全新的产品有包装，也应该可以退换
。所以他没有理
由。即便是有no refund在那顶着也不行。至于有crack是不是妨碍使用，我认为你所幸
退了买新的
吧，否则心里总是别扭。
