bing cashback account, it showed that
"Unable to complete your request Enter the Windows Live ID that you used
when you signed up for your cashback account.

I tried several times and it always like that. So,
1. Is the cashback account auto set up with Bing live ID account, or I need
to set up cashback account seperately after bing account setup?
2.If I didn't setup cashback account after bing, can I get | t****3
